What drives the cost
Price follows the amount of work, and four things set it:
- Service area. One town is less work than a metro area with a dozen suburbs, and much less than several provinces.
- Number of service lines. Furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, AC, water heaters and commercial work each need their own pages and campaigns.
- Competition. In dense markets, more content and closer ad management are needed to be seen.
- Program activity. Contractors in provinces with many active rebates need more program pages and more frequent updates.
How to choose
A simple way to decide:
- Starter suits a single-location residential contractor whose main need is a sound website, an accurate Google Business Profile and basic ads.
- Growth suits a contractor ready to compete harder: more content, ads across channels, retargeting, reviews and weekly reporting. Most program-page work fits here.
- Elite suits multi-location or fast-growing companies that want video, PR outreach and a dedicated account manager.
A worked check before you pick: if your average booked job brings $1,200 in gross profit, the Growth plan at $4,498 a month needs about four extra booked jobs a month to pay for itself, before ad spend. If your business can't handle four more jobs, or doesn't have the margin, start smaller. If it can handle forty, a larger plan may make sense.
What every plan includes
- A free trial lasting seven days, in which we audit your marketing, test your website's speed, review your SEO and benchmark you against competitors. No credit card is asked for.
- No lock-in.
- Plain monthly or weekly reporting on calls, texts, emails and the jobs they become.
- Ownership of your website, domain and accounts, confirmed in your proposal.
Terms not stated here, such as notice periods or how ad spend is billed, are confirmed in writing in your proposal before you commit.
Budgeting for ad spend
Ad spend is separate from the plan price and paid to the ad platforms. A simple way to set a first budget: decide how many extra booked jobs you want a month, divide by your booking rate to get calls needed, and multiply by a realistic cost per call in your market. Ten extra jobs at a 50% booking rate means 20 calls; at $120 a call, that is $2,400 a month in ad spend.
Proof before you pay
