What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Call, text or email

The short answer: use whichever suits you; all three reach the same team.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through now. Best during business hours.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 when you're under a furnace or between service calls. Two lines, your company name plus the problem, will do.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send details, links or a list of questions.

The buttons on every page open your phone or email app with the details filled in.

What to include in your message

A few details make the first conversation useful instead of introductory:

  1. Business name and website.
  2. Where you work: city or region, and the towns you send trucks to.
  3. Your main job types: furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, AC, water heaters, commercial work.
  4. Where calls come from now: Google Maps, ads, referrals, repeat customers.
  5. What you want help with: more calls, a new website, rebate pages, ads that waste less.
  6. Best time to reach you.

A template you can copy into a text or email:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We mostly do [main job types]. Our website is [website]. We'd like help with [what you need]. Best time to reach me is [time].

If you share average job values and rough monthly call counts, we can run the basic maths with you on the first call.

What happens next

  1. We reply. We usually reply within one business day to arrange a time to talk, or answer straight away if it's a quick question.
  2. We talk. A senior strategist asks about your market, your numbers and what you've tried. No pressure, and no generic pitch.
  3. The free trial. If it makes sense, we spend seven days auditing your marketing, testing your site, reviewing your search visibility and sizing up competitors, without asking for a credit card. You keep the findings either way.

If we then propose a plan, the proposal states the scope, price and terms in writing. Plans are explained on our pricing page.

Story tips and corrections

Our newsroom publishes only what we can verify from a primary source. If you know of a program change, a new regulation or official data that affects HVAC contractors, send us the link to the official source. If a story we've published has become outdated, tell us what changed; we will check the source and update the story with the date.

We don't publish anonymous claims, rumours, or information we can only source to other media.

Before you contact us

Some questions are better sent elsewhere:

  • Safety, licensing and code questions belong with your provincial regulator. Our area pages link each one.
  • Rebate eligibility for a specific home is decided by the program administrator, not by us or by contractors.
  • Equipment problems need a licensed HVAC contractor. We are not a contractor and do not service equipment.

Common questions about working with us

Do you work only in BC? No. We're headquartered in Vancouver, but we work with HVAC contractors in every province and territory.

Will you share my information? We use what you send only to reply and to prepare for our conversation, and we only send email to people who contact us first.

Can I just ask a question without a sales call? Yes. Many conversations start with a single question about a program or a page. Read our FAQ first if you like; many common questions are answered there.

Frequently asked questions

What's the fastest way to reach you?

Phoning (604) 632-4959 during Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific gets the quickest answer. After hours, leave a text or email; a short text is enough. We usually reply within one business day.

Will I be passed to a junior salesperson?

No. Your first conversation is with a senior strategist who can discuss your market and numbers directly.

Can I send a story tip or correction?

Yes. Send a link to the official source by text or email. We verify every tip against the primary source before publishing anything.

Do we have to meet in person?

Only if you'd like to. You can meet us by video call or in person. Phone, text and email are fine too.
